Friends of Camp Cross,
If you’ve spent any time here, you know that Camp Cross is more than just a place—it’s a sacred space where lives are shaped, faith is deepened, and community is built. For generations, people have come here to rest, reconnect, and encounter God in meaningful ways.
Now, we have the opportunity to extend that legacy.
As we build our new retreat center, we are dreaming not just of walls and rooms, but of the people who will fill them. Families, youth groups, clergy, and individuals seeking renewal. Each of our 16 new retreat cabins is being thoughtfully designed as a place of true comfort and welcome. They will be furnished with American-made, solid wood furniture built to last for years to come, including two extra-long twin beds, nightstands, table lamps, linens, and other amenities to ensure a restful stay. Each cabin will also include air-conditioning, heat, and a private bathroom. Simple comforts that make a meaningful difference.
In addition, our retreat house will feature two retreat rooms with the same quality furnishings, including queen beds, a nightstand, a five-drawer dresser, and a glider rocking chair. Creating peaceful spaces for rest and reflection.
To bring these spaces to life, we are inviting you to be part of this work. Furnishing each cabin will cost approximately $10,000. Some may feel called to sponsor a full room as a congregation, while others may give individually. Each gift joining together to create something lasting and meaningful.
There will also be opportunities to volunteer in setting up the cabins, offering a hands-on way to be part of preparing this space for all who will come here seeking rest and renewal.
This is more than a fundraising effort, it’s an invitation to invest in the future of Camp Cross and the many lives that will be touched here.
