Administrators & Communicators Network

The Administrators & Communicators Network is a community of parish administrators, office staff, communicators, volunteers, and ministry leaders from across The Episcopal Diocese of Spokane. Together, we support one another, share ideas, solve challenges, and strengthen the ministries we serve.

The work of administration and communications is vital to the life of every congregation, yet it can often feel like you’re figuring things out on your own. Whether you’re managing the church office, coordinating calendars, preparing bulletins, maintaining a website, sending newsletters, managing social media, organizing records, or supporting clergy and lay leaders, this network is designed for you.

Through quarterly gatherings, shared resources, training opportunities, and ongoing collaboration, members can connect with colleagues across the diocese, exchange practical solutions, discover new tools, and learn from one another’s experiences. Together, we’re building stronger churches through stronger support systems.

What We Do

• Gather over Zoom quarterly for networking, learning, and collaboration
• Share administrative and communications best practices
• Exchange templates, forms, graphics, and resources
• Discuss common challenges and practical solutions
• Highlight successful congregation initiatives and creative ideas
• Offer training on tools, technology, websites, newsletters, social media, and office management
• Create connections between those serving in similar roles across the diocese

This network is for anyone who supports the administrative or communications ministry of an Episcopal congregation or diocesan ministry, including:

• Parish administrators and office managers
• Administrative assistants and secretaries
• Communications staff and volunteers

Leadership

The Administrators & Communicators Network is coordinated by Tiffany Clark, The Communications Director for The Diocese of Spokane. The network exists to foster collaboration, share resources, and ensure that those who support the work of ministry have a place to learn, connect, and thrive.
